The PPS7000 uses a SMEMA compatible edge belt conveyor system to accomplish automated material handling. The integrated material handing transports boards through the system, reducing operator intervention. SMEMA compatibility allows the PPS7000 to work seamlessly with other SMEMA compatible systems in the factory. The conveyor system may be fully integrated into existing assembly lines, enhancing your lean manufacturing. Using advanced custom software developed by PPSI, the system allows for easy programming of numerous board sizes and mark placement.
PPSI has partnered with Aellora Digital/Markem to provide high quality print heads and ink for the PPS7000 printer. Aellora Digital/Markem offers print heads and ink chemistries that provide good adhesion to most substrates. Print heads are capable of printing images up to 600 dpi with a choice between black and white ink colors. Aellora’s product diversity ensures that PPSI will develop a printing solution that will best meet the customer’s needs.
